Set up support once — we've got the rest
Install the Systemsaholic Support Agent one time and we can securely help with your computer whenever you need us — no more downloading something new every time. You stay in control and can remove it whenever you like.

A few quick steps and we can securely support this computer whenever it's needed. Choose your computer type below.
Windows
- 1Download the installer.
- 2Run it (double-click the downloaded file).
- 3Click Yes if Windows asks to allow the install.
Windows 10 & 11 · admin rights required
If Windows asks, click Yes to allow the install. Administrator rights are required — if you're not an admin on this computer, ask someone who is (or call us).
macOS
- 1Download the installer.
- 2Right-click the downloaded file and choose Open.
- 3Enter your Mac password when asked.
macOS · admin password required
On a Mac, if it says “unidentified developer,” right-click the file and choose Open, then click Open again. That's expected.
Please check the box above to enable the downloads.
Secure, private, and always in your control
Uninstall anytime
You're always in control. Remove the Support Agent whenever you like — from your computer's apps list, or just ask us — and our access ends.
Only our technicians
Access is limited to Systemsaholic's own technicians. It's never shared with anyone else, and you can see when we're connected.
Encrypted connection
Every connection to your computer runs over an encrypted link to our own private support server — not a public third-party service.
Canadian-hosted
Your computer connects through our own infrastructure hosted in Canada — no per-seat cloud middleman.
Having trouble installing?
If the Support Agent won't install, download our Remote Desk app instead and a technician will connect and walk you through it. It shows a 9-digit ID and a one-time code — read both to your technician and they take it from there.
Windows 10 & 11
Windows may warn about an unrecognized app — that's expected. Click More info, then Run anyway. A small black window may briefly flash; that's normal.
macOS
On a Mac, if it says “unidentified developer,” right-click the file and choose Open, then click Open again.
Stuck either way? Call us at 613-800-5100 and we'll get you connected.
Prefer to talk to a person first?
Call us and we'll walk you through it step by step.
